Warranty & repairs

Service, coverage, and peace of mind

This page summarizes how COBB warranty coverage works, what is excluded, and how to request support. Replace every paragraph with your legal and regional policy text.

What this page covers

Coverage

Limited warranty

COBB warrants eligible products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use, subject to proof of purchase from an authorized seller. Warranty length depends on the product—update this text for each market you serve.

Limits

Exclusions and wear

Damage from misuse, accidents, commercial use, unauthorized modification, or lack of maintenance is not covered. Normal wear (finish scratches, cosmetic marks from use) is also excluded unless stated otherwise in writing for your SKU.

Repairs

Authorized service

Repairs and replacements are performed only through COBB-approved channels. Third-party repairs can void remaining coverage—state your policy clearly here.

Shipping

Parts and timelines

Replacement parts may ship separately. Service timelines vary by season and region—set expectations honestly and link to your order-status help article if you have one.

How to request warranty support

A simple flow your team can stand behind. Adjust steps to match your ticketing or returns system.

  1. Collect proof and photos

Locate your receipt or order ID. Take clear photos of the issue and the product label so support can identify the model.

  2. Open a case with COBB

Email or call using the official channels listed on your Contact page. Include photos and a short description of how the product was used.

  3. Follow return or repair instructions

If approved, you will receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) or repair instructions. Use only the packaging guidance we provide.

Common questions

Short answers only—your legal team should review before publishing.

Does registering extend my warranty?
Registration helps us verify ownership faster. It does not automatically extend statutory or stated warranty unless a promotion explicitly says so.
Can I use third-party accessories?
Non-COBB accessories may affect performance or safety. Damage linked to incompatible accessories may fall outside coverage—clarify your policy here.
What if I live outside the listed region?
Service options depend on distributor agreements. Ask customers to contact the retailer where they purchased for local support rules.

Still unsure about coverage?

Our support team can confirm eligibility and explain the next steps. Have your proof of purchase ready before you call or email.
